5. Returns & Refunds

Customers may request a return within 60 days of receiving their order.

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used skincare products and beauty tools cannot be returned unless they are faulty or defective.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 60 days of delivery with proof of purchase and supporting images.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
